- 6 oz Sparkling Ice Coconut Lime
- .5 Cup Mezcal
- 1/4 Cup Lime Juice
- 1/3 cup Cream of Coconut (Not Coconut Cream)
- 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 4 Cups Ice
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds, or until the ice has been blended.
- Serve in cold glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
