- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1/3 cup Duke’s Alabama-Style White BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
- Salt and pepper
- Chop hard boiled eggs into small pieces.
- Combine eggs with BBQ sauce and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Serve as a sandwich filling, with crackers or as desired.
